  • Refresh Ticket Pool after X seconds
  • Option to check the box to receive an e-mail when a new message has arrived for you
  • Option to check the box to switch from customer name to employee name in the ticket pool
  • Pick Chat type tickets: check if you want to receive tickets who request to chat
  • Send Expert e-mail updates: check if you would like that
  • Finally you can choose how your menus will display:
    • Collapsible
    • Accordeon Menus
    • Drop Menus
    • Tree Menus
    • Ipod Menus
    • Slider Menus
    • Black Theme
